It's wonderfully located, on the James Bay peninsula, an easy walk to Downtown Victoria, Beacon Hill Park, and the sea. It's also easily accessible from B.C. and Washington ferries, the Victoria airport, the Island Highway, the bus terminal and even the Island train!
